Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns on customized merchandise except in case of damaged or defective item. Please contact us by e-mail within 3 days if you receive damaged or defective item.

* The item appearance being some different (ex: color)than what the website displayed cannot be returned.
* We will refund back to your bank account after we receive the item within 3 days.
* Return shipping will be paid for by us.
* Please tell us your “Name” “Order NO.” “E-mail address”
* Only damaged or defective item can be accepted return and refund within JAPAN.
* Defective item can only be returned within JAPAN.

Warranty

The warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse.

Warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the watch while in the possession of a consumer not caused by a defect in material.
  • Damage caused by consumer misuse, tampering, or failure to follow the care and special handing provisions in the instructions.
  • Damage to the finish of the case, crystal, bracelet, strap, or other appearance parts such as glass, crown and stem caused by wear, accidental damage and/or misuse.
  • Inner Damage.
  • Damage caused by repairs or alterations of the watch by anyone other.
  • Water damage is not covered under warranty by us.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters.
